The seat.

Shopping list (sizes including loop and/or hem):

1. 1x 2 piece buckle for 4 cm wide seatbelt webbing (B1 and B2)
2. 2x 2 piece buckle for 2.5 cm wide seatbelt webbing (A1-A2)
3. 1x 180 cm seatbelt FLEXIBLE webbing, 4 cm wide, black
   (The seatbelt webbing of a car is stiff compared to the webbing used for a sportsbag.)
4. 1x 500 cm seatbelt webbing, 2.5 cm wide, black
5. 1x 130 cm seatbelt webbing, 2.5 cm wide, red
6. thread thick or normal size.

Warnings:

• Picture is a look a like.
• All sizes stated in the DRAWING are without hem or noose (loop).
  It is the size measured after the seat is ready !!
• Study the drawing and verify that some measures go
  - top_webbing to top_webbing
  - top_webbing to bottom_webbing (blue part)
  - left_side_webbing to left_side-webbing (red webbing left)
  - left_side_webbing to right_side-webbing (red webbing middle)
  - right_side_webbing to left_side-webbing (red webbing right)
• When using THIN thread sew layers of minimal 6 threads for EACH seam !!!!!

Building the seat:

1. Cut with an electric soldering bolt the 180 cm black seatbelt webbing into:
   - 1x 39 cm (blue part)
   - 1x 63.5 cm (B1 side, extra: 10 cm B1 side + 10 cm to attach blue part)
   - 1x 77.5 cm (B2 side, extra: 10 cm B2 side + 10 cm to attach blue part)
2. Cut with an electric soldering bolt the 500 cm black seatbelt webbing into:
   - 1x 32.5 cm
   - 1x 86 cm (extra: 10 cm overlap over the 4 cm wide webbing)
   - 1x 99 cm (extra: 10 cm overlap over the 4 cm wide webbing)
   - 1x 104 cm (extra: 10 cm overlap over the 4 cm wide webbing)
   - 2x 10 cm
   - 2x 60 cm
3. Cut with an electric soldering bolt the 130 cm red seatbelt webbing into:
   - 1x 36 cm
   - 2x 46 cm
4. Work your way down starting on the top left "B1" side.
   - 32.5 cm seatbelt webbing, 1st from top, no hem or loop.
   - 86 cm seatbelt webbing, 2nd from top, loop attached fully over the 4 cm wide webbing.
   - 99 cm seatbelt webbing, 3rd from top, loop attached fully over the 4 cm wide webbing.
   - 104 cm seatbelt webbing, 4th from top, loop attached fully over the 4 cm wide webbing.
5. Work your way down starting on the top right "B2" side.
   - 32.5 cm seatbelt webbing, 1st from top, no hem or loop.
   - 86 cm seatbelt webbing, 2nd from top, loop attached fully over the 4 cm wide webbing.
   - 99 cm seatbelt webbing, 3rd from top, loop attached fully over the 4 cm wide webbing.
   - 104 cm seatbelt webbing, 4th from top, loop attached fully over the 4 cm wide webbing.
6. Attach the 39 cm seatbeld webbing (blue part) at an angle 30 degrees
7. 36 cm seatbelt webbing, red, with hem at TOP around 2nd (black webbing in between)
8. 46 cm seatbelt webbing, red, with hem at TOP around 1st (black webbing in between), slightly bended to the middle at blue part.
9. 46 cm seatbeld webbing, red, same as above but on the other side.
10. 10 cm seatbelt webbing, 2.5 cm wide, folded double (buckle A1) and attached to the blue part on the OUTSIDE.
11. 60 cm seatbelt webbing, 2.5 cm wide, folded double (buckle A2). This part is for the rear-axle.
12. Optional you can cover the blue part on the INSIDE with foam covered in some soft dacron fabric.
13. Put it on the buggy. Check the fit for the B1-B2 buckle. Check the picture, the buckle is under the downtube.
14. Attack buckle B1 to bottom (blue) to B2, with 7.5 cm extra on each side for the buckle attachment.
