Some parts of the lay-out are out of reach from the standing point. Most of the time that isn't problem. But if you have to work on the scenery or the tracks it is.
So some parts of the lay-out are removable. In this part the service area with the shed, the sanding tower, the tracks and the crane is removable.

On the left hand is the service area and some Industry. The sideline (not in this picture) goes down through a tunnel to Neuffen.
