Layout file menu_lingua.txt

    This file contains the text of the menu's of cashregister.exe.
    You may alter it with an editor. The file is located in folder ExeData.

  1. This file is automatically generated, if not present, once cashregister.exe is started.
    The file has a fixed layout and sequence. Thus DO NOT add extra blank lines, lines, carriage returns
    or line feeds or re-arrange the order.

  2. The first line of the file has the word "Menus" and serves as a file recognition. DO NOT CHANGE it !!

  3. Each word in the menu structure is present, just change it into your language or text you want.

  4. Available languages: nederlands.zip

    Word used for file recognition. DO NOT CHANGE it !!

  7. File
    Menu title. Change into whatever you want.

  8. Generate stock report
    Menu item which will generate a stock report.

  9. Discount on all
    Menu item which allows give a percentage discount on all retail prices of the bill.

  10. Discount on item
    Menu item which allows give a percentage discount on the retail price of the selected item.

  11. Edit price item
    Menu item which allows to edit the retail price of the selected item in field "Price per item".

  12. Free item
    Menu item which allows to set the retail price of the selected item to 0.00 !!

  13. Receipt preview
    Menu item which allows to preview the receipt when send to the printer. The receipt includes the receipt_header and receipt_trailer files from preferences.txt Note that nothing has been payed yet !.

  14. Printer setup
    Menu item which allows to select the paper, paper margins and printer.

  15. Assign barcode to item
    Menu item which stores the "not found" barcode for assignment to an item (using item selector).

  16. Reset
    Menu item which allows to reset the bill.

  17. Exit
    Menu item which allows to quit the program.

  18. Employe 1..10 ; Employe 11..20 ; Employe 21..30
    Menu titles. You could change Employe 1..10 into Employe's

  19. Numbers 1..30
    This is the number of employe's or tables. How much are visible is defined with number_of_employes in file preferences.txt. Change a number in ant word or name you want.

  20. NOTE: if for some reason the file becomes spagetti then delete it and cashregister.exe generates a new one.
